Sewing factories of the firm are equipped with the modern professional equipment both domestic and foreign companies, such as "JUKI", "YAMATO", "BROTHER", "DURKOPP", "PFAFF", “GYGLI” etc. 

Company owns 6 Italian Down put machines ALAN,  8-headded embroidery making machine branded “TAJIMA” as well as capability of a print and application make.

In the sewing complex of company "Intercentre Lux", an automated design of garments (CAD) system is introduced, which also includes a digitizer module, allowing to develop patterns and gradate them in size and length, to form patterns, accompanying documents, etc. 

Making of patterns for cutting is made on the equipment and using the CAD company "Investronica" (LECTRA).

Given the current market situation, products can be manufactured in small lots from 300-500 units to an unlimited quantity.

The ability to quickly and flexibly change the assortment in technological streams is ensured by choosing the optimum capacity of the production lines, on average it is 20-30 people at the No. 1 factory in Tiraspol and 35-40 at the No. 2 factory in Dubossary, with a high level of qualified sewers, specialists and personnel.

The work experience gainedfor the long-term cooperation with German, Dutch, Italian, American and Canadian brands for the manufacture of products from various fabrics, both in mass production and models of prospective clothing models for specific sales is highly appreciated by our foreign partners.
